ZXQY Air Differential Shafts---Enables Continuous and Accurate Control from Ultra-Low to High Tension

The ZXQY Air Differential Shaft is a high-performance core component for precise tension control in winding and rewinding applications.
By inputting air pressure into the core airbag, compressed air applies force to the friction elements, generating a friction torque proportional to the pressure.
The pressure is output from an electronically controlled proportional valve and managed by a PLC-based tension control system.
System parameters can be set based on material type, thickness, and roll diameter, ensuring balanced tension output and stable winding quality.
This shaft enables continuous and accurate control from ultra-low to high tension, ideal for slitting, rewinding, laminating, and coating machines used with plastic films, aluminum foil, paper, copper foil, and lithium battery separator films.
Types and Mechanisms
A. Pneumatic Locking Type
The air pressure simultaneously locks the core and generates friction torque, enabling automatic unloading, forward/reverse winding, and constant tension operation.
Even during web breaks or splicing, the roll remains stable without slipping or offset.
A minimum working pressure of 1 KG is required to firmly hold the core.

B. Mechanical Locking Type
Utilizes a mechanical eccentric mechanism to lock the core while generating friction torque via air pressure.
Features low starting pressure, wide tension control range, and excellent adaptability for diverse winding conditions.
Representative Models: DSZ, GZ, JS, and PG Air Differential Shafts.
